1. Service provided “as is”
DropPoint is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
2. No guarantee of price accuracy
Prices and availability shown on DropPoint are sourced from third parties (including Keepa) and may be delayed, incomplete, or incorrect. Always confirm the current price on Amazon before purchasing. DropPoint accepts no liability for purchasing decisions made based on the data shown.
3. Affiliate relationship
DropPoint participates in the Amazon Associates Program. Links to Amazon on this site may be affiliate links, meaning we may earn a commission when you make a qualifying purchase, at no extra cost to you. As an Amazon Associate we earn from qualifying purchases.
4. Account rules
You are responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must not use DropPoint to violate any law, infringe anyone’s rights, or attempt to disrupt, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DropPoint and its operators will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service.
6. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Italian Republic. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with the service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Italy, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have under the law of your country of residence.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate any account at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe it is being used in breach of these terms or in a way that harms DropPoint, its users, or third parties. You may delete your account at any time from the Settings page.
8. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the service. Continued use of DropPoint after such changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
